How are we doing? 

Providing outstanding service isn’t just a metric we strive for; it’s one of the ways we show our members how much we care. We are continuously working to make service improvements in response to member feedback provided through our surveys. The feedback from our members allows us to make changes to serve you better. When you receive a survey, it could ask you about various topics, such as: 

  • Your overall member experience
  • The experience you had joining the credit union if you’re a new member
  • A new account or loan you opened recently
  • Your use of online or mobile banking, or one of our ATMs
  • A call you made to our Member Contact Center
